By accessing or using PakhiLead365 (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including individuals and organizations.
PakhiLead365 is a cloud-based CRM and business management platform provided by PakhiLead365 (the "Company"). The service is provided on a subscription basis. Features available depend on the subscription plan purchased.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. One account is provided per subscription — sharing login credentials is not permitted.
Subscriptions are annual and must be renewed manually before expiry. Prices are as listed on our pricing page and are inclusive of 18% GST. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay or other accepted payment methods. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. New subscriptions are eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee. Renewals are non-refundable. Partial refunds are not provided for unused portions of a subscription.
You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose; upload malware or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages in violation of applicable law; or resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all data you input into PakhiLead365. You grant PakhiLead365 a limited license to host and process this data solely to provide the Service.
PakhiLead365 targets 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for interruptions outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PakhiLead365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
